Built for men who are done winging it.

The story
Where this came from

I spent years thinking I lacked motivation, when in reality I lacked structure.

For years I carried consumer debt, grief and burnout with no real direction. I used weed and alcohol along with other substances to cope, I was out of shape, and I kept avoiding the things in my life that actually needed fixing.

A lot of that traces back further than money or fitness. I grew up without a father, and without anyone stepping in as a real father figure — no one showing me what responsibility or structure were supposed to look like. I had to work most of it out on my own, through trial and error. A lot of my early life was built around surviving rather than living, and undoing that wiring — the constant on-guard, prove-yourself, please-everyone mode — turned into its own project. I was a chronic people pleaser: saying yes when I meant no, avoiding conflict, shape-shifting into whatever version of me I thought other people needed.

I was on a healthy 6 figure salary for my circumstances, but I was living above my means. I became obsessed with spending money to feel successful and gain validation from other people. I had no discipline or structure with money because nobody really teaches you this stuff in school. I'd go through phases where I'd save, then eventually blow it all because I had no system around it.

I paid for online coaches and learned everything there was to know about fat loss and calories. I lost over 20kg, but I couldn't stay consistent. I became comfortable with fucking up — starting again, falling off, then starting again. Knowing what to do was never the problem. Sticking to it was.

Before and after — same guy, no shortcuts, just structure

I went through setbacks and relapses, struggled with relationships, and spent years looking everywhere for answers except within myself.

On top of all that, work pressure and stress had built into something I didn't want to admit — anger I couldn't control. That eventually pushed me into therapy and breathwork, and both did more for me than I expected. It wasn't an overnight fix, but it gave me a way to actually process what I was carrying instead of bottling it up until it came out sideways.

But I kept investing in myself through books, courses and learning about finance and investing. I even started an online business, but I couldn't put real money behind it because I was still carrying consumer debt.

A few years ago, I decided to rebuild properly. I started testing different systems against my own habits, challenges and goals until I found what actually worked for me across money, health, habits and mindset.

I created Structured Uncle to share the structure and frameworks I wish I'd had when I was at my lowest.

This isn't a hustle culture brand or some "I'll make you a millionaire" scam. It's not about waking up at 4am, cold plunges or becoming a different person. It's about building a simple operating system for your life—not another quick-fix challenge—one that actually fits around who you are.

Simple systems.
Consistent action.
Stop winging life.
The Structured Uncle philosophy
Outside the brand
Single, child-free, and the uncle who shows up

I don't have kids of my own — by choice — which is actually where "Uncle" comes from. I'm the uncle who has his life together enough to be useful to the people around him, not the one who needs looking after.

I travel solo when I can, mostly to see how other people live — different countries, different cultures, different definitions of a "good life." It keeps me from assuming my way is the only way, and it's usually where I get my best thinking done.

Who this is for
Men who are doing okay — but know they could be doing better

Most men who come to Structured Uncle aren't in crisis. They're earning decent money, functioning fine, and getting through the week. But something feels off. They're not moving forward. They're reacting to life instead of running it.

If that sounds familiar — this is for you.

💰
Money
Earning decent money but still feeling financially behind or stressed.
💪
Health
Not as consistent with training or sleep as you know you should be.
🔁

Starting things, not finishing them. Motivated one week, gone the next.
🧭
Direction
Unclear on what you're actually working toward or why.
🛡️
Self respect
Not quite proud of how you're showing up. You know you can do better.
How it works
Structure first. Everything else follows.

Structured Uncle isn't therapy. It's not a fitness program. It's not a financial advisory service. It's accountability and structure coaching — helping you build and stick to a simple operating system across the five areas of your life that matter most.

Every client starts with the Life Audit — an honest look at where things actually stand. From there we build a simple weekly system, set clear goals, and check in consistently to make sure you're following through.
