The Structured Uncle is a life-structure coaching service based in Australia, operated by Stephen Phanvongsa. Our website is located at thestructureduncle.com.au.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

What information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. This includes:

• Life Audit completions — your name, email address, phone number (optional), overall score, and pillar scores submitted through the audit form
• Pre-session intake form — your name, email, age, location, occupation, goal information, and readiness responses submitted before a coaching session
• Client tracker submissions — weekly check-in data submitted by active coaching clients, including scores, savings progress and weekly standards

We do not collect any payment information directly. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. Our free tools (Calorie Planner, Financial Planner, 30-Day Reset, Weekly Scorecard) store data locally in your own browser only — this data never leaves your device and we cannot see it.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Send you your Life Audit results and personalised next steps
• Prepare for and conduct coaching sessions
• Track client progress during a coaching engagement
• Follow up with you about Structured Uncle services if you have expressed interest

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions are processed through Formspree (formspree.io) and delivered directly to us by email. Client tracker data is stored in Airtable (airtable.com). Both services are reputable providers with their own privacy policies and security practices.

We do not store your information on our own servers. We retain your information only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by Australian law.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request that we correct any inaccurate information
• Request that we delete your personal information
• Withdraw consent for us to contact you at any time
